TICKETING INFO

Please submit a fully completed profile sheet for each of your school groups. Only once all profile sheets have been submitted will the full ticketing pack be prepared, so it is important you check that all groups are accounted for before arranging to collect your pack.

We have the wonderful iTicket team working with us again. This has enabled us to make some time-saving changes with the way we make up your packs.

  • From Thursday 8th April, we will begin sending out your electronic passes.

  • An E-PASS for the Performance groups will be emailed directly to the Cultural Group Coordinator (CGC). This ONE e-pass is to be downloaded as a PDF and forwarded to the relevant TICs for each group.

  • What's in this E-PASS? The E-PASS will have the names and details of all the groups the school has registered for, including the Total Number of the group noted on the Profile Sheets. You may print this or save it on your electronic device.

  • The cultural group will enter with the TIC who will show this e-pass at the gate.  One of our Gate team will scan the pass, check off the group entering and count through the number specified for that group as they enter. Please ensure all members are present before entering as we are not able to rescan these passes for the group. There will be a Prepaid queue at each gate for the group to enter through.

  • VEHICLE passes will be sent in a separate email to the CGC with details of which group has ordered these.

PLEASE REMEMBER that the CGC is responsible for picking up BUS and Media passes as well as any other important information that will need to be shared with all the groups. It is important that you are available to collect from either location on either day, as packs will not be sent via post or courier.
