To minimise oversupply of hangi at Maori stage for 2012, we are limiting hangi stalls to the first 4 applications only. (First in first served)
Other hangi stalls applications are welcome; however we will be placing you outside the Maori stage area.
Health and Hygiene standards
It is a requirement of your acceptance as a stallholder at the Festival that you meet the Manukau City Council’s hygiene regulations. These regulations will be discussed further at the stallholder meetings. A “Safe Food Handling” guide will be given to all confirmed food stallholders at the Stallholders Meeting. ASB Polyfest will be tightly monitored by Manukau City Council officials who have the right to shut down any non-conforming food stalls during the Festival.
Festival Sponsors
Each year several key sponsors support the event financially, enabling the Festival to continue entertaining our community year after year. In cases where these sponsors make food and drink products, they are given sole supplier rights to the Festival and no competing brands may be sold or brand images displayed on your site. Stallholder rules 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 outline rules that relate to this. A full list of sponsors will be provided at the Stallholder meeting.
Tier System
There is a tiered pricing system for all stalls, depending on volume of foot traffic. Stalls in the ASB Village have been priced accodingly, as this area is a stage/entertainment/interactive area for the community to enjoy.
