APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Applicant applies for a stallholders site by completing the ASB Polyfest Stallholder application form. Forms can be accessed through the following ways:

• ASB Polyfest website - Click to Download 2013 Application Form
• Contacting the Stallholder Manager (ASB Polyfest stallholders pack is mailed out).

2. Applicants complete and return application form with full payment.
All cheques are to be made out to ‘ASB Polyfest’. All Direct Credit
payments must be referenced with surname on the application form.

APPLICATIONS SENT WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

 3. Applicant will receive confirmation of payment and site allocation once the payment has been cleared.  
4. Applicant is reminded that the Earlybird closing date is Friday 14th December 2012.

Applications received after this date will pay standard prices for stall sites.

Final closing date is Friday, 22nd February 2013.

Site allocations will be made on a first in, first serve basis

IMPORTANT POINTS TO CONSIDER:

• We recommend strong consideration to be given to the nature of the festival when developing your stall, i.e. the stall reflects the stage area or site area and is "themed" where possible.
• The payment deadline is to be strictly observed. Your application will not be processed if payment is not received with the application form.
• Stallholders who are successful in their application for a stall will be bound by the rules and regulations as outlined in the Stallholders terms and conditions.
• The ASB Polyfest management reserves the right to decline and application.
• Payment is non refundable
• All stallholder agreements are confidential
• Successful applicants will be notified by mail once the site fee payment has cleared.
• It is recommended that the stall sites closest to each stage must reflect that stages culture.
• There will be one compulsory meeting to be attended by all stallholders. Dates for these meetings are as follows:

Stallholder Meeting A: Saturday 2nd March 10:00am, Manukau room, Ground Floor, Manukau Council Building

Stallholder Meeting B: Wednesday 6th March 6:00pm, Manukau room, Ground Floor, Manukau Council Building
