APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Applicant applies for a stallholders site by completing the ASB Polyfest Stallholder application form. Forms can be accessed through the following ways:
2. Applicants complete and return application form with full payment.
All cheques are to be made out to ‘ASB Polyfest’. All Direct Credit
payments must be referenced with surname on the application form.
APPLICATIONS SENT WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
3. Applicant will receive confirmation of payment and site allocation once the payment has been cleared.
4. Applicant is reminded that the Earlybird closing date is Friday 14th December 2012.
Applications received after this date will pay standard prices for stall sites.
Final closing date is Friday, 22nd February 2013.
Site allocations will be made on a first in, first serve basis
